4: What are your terms of payment?
a). Typically, we accept T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% upfront, with the remaining 70% against the B/L. For long-term business relationships, we offer more favorable payment terms.
5: What are your terms of delivery?
a). We accept options such as FOB and CIF. Choose the one that suits you best in terms of convenience and cost-effectiveness.
6: What is the lead time?
a). Generally, it takes 15 to 35 days post sample approval and receipt of advance payment. Delivery time varies based on order items and quantities. Non-standard items may require an additional 10-15 days for tooling/mould creation.
7: How about tooling Charge?
a). Tooling charges apply only once for the initial order. Subsequent orders won't incur tooling fees, even if repairs or maintenance are needed.
8: What is your sample policy?
a). Sample costs can typically be refunded if your order quantity meets our MOQ.
9: Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
a). Absolutely, we can manufacture based on your samples or technical drawings. We also have the capability to build molds and fixtures.
10: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?
a). QC: AQL2.5/4.0 or 100% Full Inspection. We provide QC reports at your request.
