6: What is the lead time?
a). Lead times typically range from 15 to 35 days post sample confirmation and receipt of advance payment. The exact delivery time is contingent upon item specifics and order quantities. Non-standard items may require an additional 10-15 days for tooling/mould creation.
7: How about tooling Charge?
a). Tooling charges are a one-time cost for the initial order. Subsequent orders will not incur tooling charges, even if repairs or maintenance are necessary.

a). Sample costs are typically refundable if your order quantity meets our MOQ standards.
9: Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
a). Yes, we are fully capable of producing items based on your samples or technical drawings, with the ability to construct necessary molds and fixtures.
