4: What are your terms of payment?
a). Generally, we accept T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, 30% payment in advance is preferred, with 70% due upon the issuance of B/L. Long-term clients enjoy more favorable payment terms.

5: What are your terms of delivery?
a). We accommodate delivery terms such as FOB, CIF, etc., allowing you to select the most convenient and cost-effective option.

6: What is the lead time?
a). The lead time ranges from 15 to 35 days post sample confirmation and advance payment receipt, varying with the nature and quantity of the order. Non-standard items may require an additional 10-15 days for tooling/mold fabrication.

7: How about tooling charges?
a). Tooling charges are incurred only once with the initial order, with no further charges for future orders, even in cases of tooling repairs or maintenance.

8: What is your sample policy?
a). Sample costs are generally refundable if your order meets our minimum order quantity (MOQ).

9: Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
a). Absolutely, we can manufacture based on your samples or technical drawings, complete with mold and fixture development.

10: How to confirm the quality with us before starting production?
a). Quality checks adhere to AQL 2.5/4.0 or 100% full inspection standards. QC reports can be provided upon request.
