6: What is the lead time?
a). Delivery typically takes 15 to 35 days post sample confirmation and initial payment. The exact timeline depends on order specifics and quantities. Non-standard items may require an additional 10-15 days for tooling or mold creation.

7: How about tooling Charge?
a). Tooling charges apply only to the initial order. Subsequent orders are exempt from tooling fees, even for repairs or maintenance.

a). Sample costs are generally refundable if order quantities meet our minimum order requirements.

9: Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
