a). Typically, we accept T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, our preference is 30% upfront and 70% upon receipt of the B/L. Long-term business relationships may benefit from more advantageous payment terms.

a). We accommodate delivery terms such as FOB and CIF, allowing you to select the option that is most convenient or cost-effective.
6: What is the lead time?
a). Generally, it takes 15 to 35 days following sample approval and advance payment receipt. This timeline varies depending on the item and order quantity. For non-standard items, an additional 10-15 days may be needed for tooling/mold creation.
7: How about tooling Charge?
a). The tooling charge is a one-time fee incurred with the initial order, with no additional charges for future orders, even for tooling repair or maintenance.
8: What is your sample policy?
a). Sample costs are typically refundable if your order meets our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
9: Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
a). Absolutely, we can manufacture based on your samples or technical drawings and have the capability to build the necessary molds and fixtures.
10: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?
a). Our quality control adheres to QC standards: AQL2.5/4.0 or 100% Full Inspection. We can provide QC reports upon request.
