6: What is the lead time?
a). Our lead time generally ranges from 15 to 35 days post sample confirmation and receipt of your advance payment. The exact delivery time is contingent on the specifics and volume of your order. For non-standard items, additional tooling/mould preparation may require an extra 10-15 days.

7: How about tooling Charge?
a). Tooling charges are incurred only once with the initial order. Subsequent orders are exempt from these charges, even if tooling repair or maintenance is necessary.

a). Sample costs are potentially refundable if your order quantity meets our minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements.

9: Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
