a). Typically, we accept T/T, and irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, a 30% advance is preferred, with the remaining 70% payable against the Bill of Lading. For longstanding partnerships, we offer more favorable payment terms.

6: What is the lead time?
a). Typically, the lead time ranges from 15 to 35 days post sample confirmation and receipt of advance payment. Actual delivery time is contingent on order specifics and quantity. Non-standard items may require an additional 10-15 days for tooling/mould creation.
7: How about tooling Charge?
a). The tooling charge is a one-time fee with the initial order. Subsequent orders are exempt, even for tooling repairs or maintenance.
8: What is your sample policy?
a). Sample costs may be reimbursed if your order quantity meets our minimum order requirements.
9: Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
a). Absolutely, we can manufacture based on your samples or technical drawings, including mold and fixture creation.
10: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?
a). Our quality control follows AQL2.5/4.0 or a comprehensive 100% full inspection. QC reports are available upon request.
