a). Our tooling charge is a one-time fee applicable only to the initial order. All subsequent orders incur no additional charges, including any necessary tooling repairs or maintenance.

a). Sample costs are generally refundable, provided your order quantity meets our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements.
9: Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
